Commercial Use Terms and Conditions

Effective from the time of purchase

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of SVGFreebies.com who wish to use the digital design files (including but not limited to SVG, DXF, EPS, and PNG formats) for commercial purposes.

By purchasing a commercial license or using our files for commercial gain, you agree to the following:

🔒 Licensing Overview

• Personal use of all files on SVGFreebies.com is free.

• Commercial use requires a valid paid license, available via our Ko-fi Shop.

License Options:

• Annual License – £25 per year

• Lifetime License – £50 one-time payment

Your license becomes effective immediately upon purchase and applies only to files downloaded from that point onward.

✅ Permitted Commercial Use

With a valid commercial license, you may:

• Sell physical products made with designs from SVGFreebies.com (e.g. mugs, t-shirts, cards, signs, stickers) on platforms such as Etsy, at craft fairs, through your own shop, or via other small business channels.

• Modify the designs for your own branded physical products, provided you do not share or distribute the source files.

⚠️ You may not sell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves.

❌ Prohibited Uses

Even with a commercial license, you may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the digital files in any form

• Upload the files to third-party marketplaces as digital downloads

• Use the designs with print-on-demand services (e.g. Redbubble, Zazzle, Teespring)

• Claim the designs as your own, or use them in a trademark or logo

📁 File Access & Validity

• The Annual License is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.
  After expiry, you may continue to use any previously downloaded files for personal use only.
  To continue selling physical products, you must renew your commercial license.

• The Lifetime License grants continued commercial use of all new and previously downloaded files from SVGFreebies.com.

Important:
It is your responsibility to download and securely store all desired files on your own device.
In the unlikely event that SVGFreebies.com is permanently closed or becomes inaccessible, no further downloads will be possible.
Although your license remains valid for previously downloaded files, commercial use is only permitted while your license is active.

📧 Proof of License

You must keep your Ko-fi purchase receipt as proof of license. We may request this in the event of a copyright inquiry or dispute.

⚖️ Enforcement & Legal

Using our designs for commercial purposes without a valid license is a breach of copyright and may result in enforcement actions, including:

• DMCA takedown requests

• Copyright strikes

• Legal action

✏️ Updates to These Terms

SVGFreebies.com reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or files implies acceptance of the most recent version.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital licenses, all purchases are non-refundable.

❌ Refunds will not be issued for:

• Accidental purchases

• Change of mind

• No longer needing or using the license

• Misunderstanding the terms of use

• Expecting additional files not included in the license

✅ Before purchasing, please ensure:

• You understand this is a digital commercial usage license (no physical products are shipped)

• You have reviewed the full Terms and Conditions

• You are confident the license covers your intended use (e.g. selling physical products made with our designs)
